Video sessions are recommended for those users with a high speed internet connection and you must be able to use Intel Video Phone, Microsoft's NetMeeting, or Eyeball Chat.  If you schedule a video conferencing session you will receive the URL to a down load page for Intel Video Phone, Microsoft NetMeeting or Eyeball Chat by email.  Video conferencing, even with the highest level of security, always increases the chance that personal and private information can be accessed by other internet users.  Video conferencing also provides me with the most information about you and your situation because I can see you, your body movements, and facial expressions.  

Online chat sessions will be held in a private chat room.  After you have scheduled and paid for your appointment you will receive a confirmation email that will include the date and time of your appointment and a password to access the chat room.  Chat sessions, as are video sessions, are vulnerable to others on the internet.  These sessions are best for problems that can be corrected with basic feedback and instructions.  Chat sessions are much more effective when combined with email sessions.  This combination can be used for more complex situations.

Telephone sessions will normally be conducted by telephone and not by computer internet call.  Telephone sessions eliminate the chances that someone on the internet being able to gain access to your session and private information.  Telephone sessions are the second best online option, after video, for giving me information about you and your situation.  It is, in my opinion, the best option overall if you are especially worried about your privacy.

Email sessions are a cost effective means of addressing problems that can be corrected with detailed instructions and that do not involve intense emotional issues.  As are any other internet means of communication they are vulnerable to other gaining access to personal and private information.  Email sessions generally include in home assignments to be completed with you providing several email accounts of how the assignments were carried out.  There is no charge for the email sent to me.  You will be charged for the email I send to you with feedback, recommendations, assignments, etc.

Your privacy and confidentiality will be maintained at the highest possible level with the limitations of internet communications.  All information obtained by me will be confidential and maintained in accordance with state laws and licensing standards.
